Naturally Hemp Shipping Guidelines

During the Checkout process, you will see a flat shipping cost but customers are prompted to choose a shipping method other if you want your shipment expedited.  Shipping costs are dependent on the number of items in the order along with the selected shipping method. The total shipping charges can first be estimated prior to the completion of the order. In some cases it might be necessary to use multiple boxes for your shipment and this will effect the flat shipping charges listed in your order.  If your order exceeds $100.00 your shipping will be free in the Continental United States.  Shipping outside of the US will be charged international rates based on your location and carrier.

Orders not processed before noon EST, may not be processed until the following day. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

Product Inventory

A product’s availability is clearly noted on the product’s page as “In Stock” and “Out of Stock”. Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date.

When can I track my order?

Tracking codes are assigned to packages once an order is ready to ship and an automatic email is sent to the customer email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder and / or verify that the email address you entered at checkout was correct. However, it may take up to 24 hours upon receiving your tracking information before you see movement on the shipment.

Orders placed on will be delivered by either Fed Ex, UPS or USPS depending on the type of shipment. Therefore tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout and the carrier that is delivering your items(s).

How can I find my order status?

The status of your order is only a click away.

  • Check your email. You were required to enter an email address during Checkout. We will be sending you emails about the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. Click My Account and login to see your Order History. Order information is stored here for your current and past orders.
  • Contact Us. Still need help? Please email [email protected] with any questions.

How is my order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (Fed Ex, UPS or USPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History with your account when it becomes available.
