Terms of Sale and Refund Policy:

During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these consumable products as containing Phytocannabinoid-Rich (PCR) Hemp Oil.  These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to full and complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these produces have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra medical benefits for products containing Phytocannabinoid-Rich (PCR) Hemp Oil.  

There is an abundance of medical information available as to the medical benefits of taking our products and you should do your own research and consult with your physician prior to taking Hemp Oil. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide you. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the date of your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address:

Exchanges: 

There are two exchange methods available:

  • Standard exchange. You ship us the product back with instruction on how you would like to change the order. We will review your request and contact you with a proper solution. Please note if there are any differences in prices as a result of exchanging your product, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly. Please email your exchange request to [email protected]
  • Cross-ship. For the fastest service, Naturally Hemp can cross-ship orders that were purchased with a credit card. Naturally Hemp will temporarily charge your credit cart for the cost of the replacement item(s). When Naturally Hemp receives the item(s) being cross-shipped, the additional charges will be refunded.

Note: All Returns and Exchanges must be in new unused condition and include original product packaging.

Further Details:

  • Naturally Hemp is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
  • Before sending any item(s), you must email to get prior authorization before returning any item, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Naturally Hemp cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.
  • Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Naturally Hemp does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.
  • Items that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  • All trial offers, closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.
Damage During Shipping:

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All of our products are tested for quality and potency, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made with in 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame so that we may contact the carrier and make a claim in order to reship your product.
